Ford provides a number of services plans to provide added protection for your new or used Ford vehicle. They are confident in the products they manufacture and back their warranties and service plans 100 percent of the time.

The Extended Service Plan (ESP) PremiumCARE is the most comprehensive service plan to date. This service plan gives coverage to more than 500 components with a $100 deductible. There are other deductible options as well. It provides travel expense reimbursement, roadside assistance, destination assistance, and vehicle rental assistance. The roadside assistance includes flat tire changes, battery jump starts, up to $100 towing assistance, amongst other features. Though it has a transfer fee of $75, it is good at any Ford or Lincoln Mercury dealership across the United States or Canada.

The ESP ExtraCARE provides coverage on 113 major components and is less comprehensive than the previously mentioned service plan. It also has a standard $100 deductible with other deductible options. Similar to the previous plan, it offers roadside assistance, with the same components, travel expense reimbursement, destination assistance, and vehicle rental assistance. It also has a transfer fee of $75 with all service locations across the U.S. and Canada.

The ESP BaseCARE provides coverage on 84 major components. It, too, has a standard $100 deductible, and only a $50 standard deductible for incomplete vehicles. It has the standard coverage for roadside assistance, travel expense reimbursement, destination assistance, and vehicle rental assistance. The ESP BaseCare plan includes a 0% interest free payment plans. It also allows a car owner to receive service across the U.S. and Canada.

The Premium Maintenance Plan is designed to cover repairs due to normal wear and tear of a vehicle. This includes the recommended regularly scheduled maintenance. This includes spark plugs, shock absorbers, clutch disc, engine belts and hoses, wiper blades, brake pads and linings. This plan has a $0 deductible. This plan must be purchased before 12 months or 12,000 miles of the start date of the original warranty. This plan is an option as a stand-alone plan or in accordance with any other Ford ESP.
