Christmas PresentsChildren everywhere are writing out their wish list to give to Santa.  Excitement is in the air as boys and girls anticipate Christmas morning and finding all their favorite toys sitting under the tree.  Every season there are always a handful of toys that take the marketplace by storm and make the list of many, many kids.  Here are a few for this year.
Novelty
If you haven’t heard about Zhu Zhu Pets then you’ve been living under a rock.  These mechanical hamsters are charming characters each with a personality of their own. They are quite lifelike as they run around their hamster wheel or crawl around their hamster town.  Parents like them because they don’t leave a mess.  No muss, no fuss.
Activity
Crayola Color Wonder Magic Light Brush offers a new concept in painting using a set of six paint colors and a magical paintbrush.  Paints appear colorless until the brush applies them to a unique paper and kids can see the colors quickly come to life.  Because the paint only appears on a special paper there will not be any stains left around the house.
Boy Toy
Bakugan Battle Brawlers Battle Pack Series 1 Spheres from Spin Master  — wow, that’s a mouthful.  This game of strategy uses cards and marble-shaped action figures. As marbles roll across a particular metal card, the marbles pop open into the form of a particular action figure. Easy to see why boys will enjoy this.
Educational
The TAG Reading System from LeapFrog is designed for children 4 to 8.  It features special books that interact with a hand held talking device (a TAG pen.)  The pen can assist the child in reading the entire book or in just sounding out a certain word.  Great tool for helping kids learn to read.
Okay, those are some things young kids want, but how about the big kids in your family.  Maybe something to park in the garage.  Something sleek and fast and shiny.  Or how about something rugged and economical and reliable.   That probably means a vehicle from Ford’s terrific range options.  So many choices… from an Explorer to a Mustang to a Fusion Hybrid.  Skip the letter to Santa and go directly to your Ford Dealer.
