Who Else Wants a Ford Mustang Racing Car?

Recently, 25 proud race car owners received delivery of the coveted Ford Mustang FR500S. If you don’t know what that is, it’s the Ford Motor Company’s production racing vehicle. You can buy one for yourself for only $75,000. I think I’ll order mine next week.
The night before the new owners received their racers, Miller Motorsports Park held a celebration to kick off the event. When the drivers took possession of their cars, engineers gave them each a special instructional period on how to use the various features and controls on the vehicles. They also received the regulations of the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge for the upcoming Miller Cup racing series.
On May 3, the series begins in Atlanta. This year’s theme is Shelby performance vehicles. The fans will get a glimpse of the classic Shelby Mustang races on the big screen. They will also be witness to the beginning of the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge.
I haven’t been a racing fan yet, but I think I might have to tune in this year to see this event if it’s televised. With more than two dozen Ford vehicles, specifically performance Mustangs, competing in the event, there’s no way it could be boring to watch. If you want to find more information about the racing series, you can click here and get the latest and most accurate information so you can enjoy it, too.
