Cars.com recently released its new list of great vehicle bargains, and once again, you’ll find Ford vehicles on that list.

The Chicago-based company used a variety of criteria for its decision. Each automaker’s buying incentives was a major factor, but the company also considered ownership costs, driving experiences with each vehicle and safety features as well.

According to Patrick Olsen, the Managing Editor at Cars.com, the company also compiled “a list of the top 10 cash-back offers.” But the company went beyond this and used the other factors mentioned to determine the best deal for consumers.

The 2008 Ford Focus topped that list with the following factors:
• MSRP: $14,300
• Cash back: $2,400
• Percent off MSRP: 16.8
• Expires: February 29

Of course, these figures differ depending on the area in which you live. But one of the reasons the 2008 Ford Focus has become so popular is its re-design for the new model year. The interior is much better than past models, and it also gets great gas mileage, something that more and more consumers are considering in today’s world of rising gas costs.
